Questions

Pricing FAQ

What's the difference between a subscription and credits?

A subscription (Pro or Premium) unlocks the dashboard, breakdowns, diagnosis, and — on Premium — Custom Evals access. Credits are the prepaid fuel a Custom Eval burns: one credit is one selection trial. You need a Premium subscription to run Custom Evals, and credits to run them at scale.

What is a credit?

One credit equals one selection trial — a single unbranded developer task run once on one model. A Custom Eval across a few competitors, prompts, and models adds up to many trials, so credits are sold in packs.

Do credits expire?

No. Prepaid credit packs don't expire. Buy what you need and draw them down whenever you run an eval.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are month to month and you can cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard. You keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Do I need an account to see my Pick Rate?

No. The public report card and every leaderboard are free and need no account. You only sign in for the dashboard, breakdowns, and Custom Evals.
