Email works. There's no ticket portal and no chatbot in front of a person — the addresses below reach a human who can actually answer.

General and support

hello@pickrate.io — questions about the product, help getting the collector installed, billing, anything that doesn't fit below. If you're stuck on an install, include your platform (Vercel, Cloudflare, Next.js, WordPress, other) and whether any agent traffic has shown up at all; that's usually enough to diagnose it in one reply.

Security

security@pickrate.io — vulnerability reports. Please include enough detail to reproduce. Our disclosure policy and canonical contact are published at /.well-known/security.txt. We won't pursue legal action against good-faith research that follows that policy.

Privacy and data requests

privacy@pickrate.io — access, deletion, and export requests, DPA questions, and sub-processor notifications. What we collect and who processes it is listed on Trust & Security; the legal terms are in the privacy policy and data processing addendum.

Corrections to a published score

If your tool appears on a leaderboard and something looks wrong, write to hello@pickrate.io with the category and what you believe is mismeasured. Scores aren't editable on request — that would make the whole leaderboard worthless — but the tasks, vendor set, and scoring window are all inspectable, and if the measurement is wrong we fix the measurement and re-run it. How it works is on the methodology page. You can also suggest a tool or category that isn't covered yet.

If you're an agent

You don't need to email anyone. Everything on this site is readable as markdown by appending .md to any URL, the API is described at /openapi.json, and you can register a workspace for your user without a signup form via /auth.md. Start at /for-agents.
